Evenfall Privacy Policy

Evenfall is a product of Axiom Frontier Intelligence LLC ("Evenfall," "we," "us"), a Utah limited liability company. Evenfall helps outdoor guides and outfitter businesses ("Outfitters") turn an outing into a personalized printed keepsake and message for their guests ("Guests"). This policy explains what information we handle and how. Evenfall is a United States service intended for U.S. businesses and their guests.

Who provides information to us.

Outfitters, not Guests, submit information to Evenfall directly. This includes: Guest names, Guest email addresses and/or mobile phone numbers, trip details (date, location, activity, guide name), a voice recording describing the outing, and photographs from the outing. Outfitters also provide their own business information (contact details, review page link, mailing address) when they sign up.

If you pause or cancel your subscription, we ask why and store your answer, including anything you type in the optional comment box, with your account record. We use it only to understand why outfits pause or leave and to improve Evenfall. It is never shared, never used for advertising, and it is deleted with the rest of your account data on the schedule described below.

How we use this information.

We use it to generate a personalized keepsake and delivery message for that specific outing, at the Outfitter's direction, and to deliver that keepsake and message to the named Guest by email and/or text message. Every keepsake and message is reviewed and approved by the Outfitter before it is sent to a Guest. The only other use is counting how often the review link in those messages is used, described under "Review links" below.

AI processing.

Keepsake text is drafted, and photographs are analyzed for selection and composition, using artificial-intelligence services. Our AI provider does not use data submitted through its API to train its models. We do not create or store biometric identifiers (such as faceprints); photographs are analyzed only to choose and frame images for the keepsake.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers.

We do not sell, rent, or share Guest mobile phone numbers or email addresses with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information are not shared with any third party.

Message frequency.

A Guest can expect one message per completed outing, and, in some cases, a single follow-up message approximately three days later. Message and data rates may apply.

Service providers we use.

To operate Evenfall, we use third-party service providers to process data on our behalf: cloud hosting and database storage (Vercel, Supabase), keepsake rendering, including the photographs (Railway), AI text generation and image analysis (Anthropic), email delivery (Resend), inbound email forwarding for support mail (ImprovMX), text message delivery (Twilio), and payment processing for Outfitter subscriptions (Stripe). These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Guest information is never provided to Stripe; Stripe processes Outfitter billing information only.

Opt-out and help.

A Guest may reply STOP at any time to a text message to stop receiving further texts, or reply HELP for assistance. Every keepsake email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. When a Guest opts out by either method, we stop Evenfall messages to that contact — including for future outings. A Guest may also contact us at the email below to request removal at any time. We keep a minimal record of opt-outs (the contact and date) so that the opt-out itself is never forgotten; this record is retained even if other information is deleted.

Cookies and tracking.

Evenfall's public pages set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. We use two strictly necessary sign-in cookies, and nothing else. One keeps an administrator signed in to operate the service. The other keeps an Outfitter signed in to their Evenfall portal: it is created only at the moment an Outfitter signs in, it exists only within the portal, it holds only a signed reference to that Outfitter's account, and it carries no advertising or tracking identifier of any kind. It is never set on our public pages, and signing out removes it. Keepsake pages load no third-party trackers.

Review links.

When a Guest uses the review link in a message we send, that link passes through Evenfall on its way to the Outfitter's review page, so that we can record that it was used and report that count to the Outfitter. We record which message the link came from, when it was used, and whether the request came from a person or from an automatic link preview; we set no cookie, and we do not follow what a Guest does after they reach the review page.

Children.

Evenfall's services are directed to Outfitter businesses, not to children. Guest contact information must belong to an adult or to a parent or legal guardian, and we do not knowingly send messages to children. Photographs from a family outing may include minors; Outfitters are responsible for having permission from a parent or guardian before submitting them.

Data retention and deletion.

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, and we honor deletion requests at any time. The full schedule — including what happens after an Outfitter cancels — is described in our Data Retention Policy.

Security.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information we process, including restricting access to Guest data and photographs, encrypted connections, and access controls on administrative functions.

Your choices and rights.

Guests and Outfitters may contact us at the email below to access, correct, or delete their information. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version.
